I’ve spent my career building brand, creative, and design strategies and turning them into identities, campaigns, content, and experiences. The work has moved between in-house teams and agency-style studios across consumer goods, sport and entertainment, hospitality, retail, and B2B tech.

The question underneath most of it is how a brand earns a real place in someone’s life. Hallmark, Levy, and Sprout Social each asked it differently, in retail aisles, stadium concessions, and a growing product portfolio.

My strengths are creative problem solving, concepting, design direction, and building the standards teams work to. But my superpower? Asking the hard questions. Most recently at Sprout, that meant asking how much creative investment each project deserves, then helping the team scope their work to match the business impact. The aim was never to limit creativity. It was to make more intentional space for it. That approach is how the team learned to say yes to the work worth going deep on, and how we adapted AI-enabled workflows so time and effort went where it counted.
